Start the evening at The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta (Downtown) and enjoy Champagnes of over 20 houses ranging from icon brands to a variety of boutique champagnes, while tasting signature dishes of many of Atlanta 's most celebrated restaurants and Chefs; truly an ‘All Star' cast pairing their cuisines with the best from the Champagne region of France! The night also features a ‘silent auction' benefiting ‘Angel Flight of Georgia’, live music, dessert, a fabulous raffle of two round trip tickets to Paris, France, compliments of Air France ... and more.
- The evening continues as the ‘fin de soiree’ begins. Light Jazz music will set the mood for continued enjoyment with your friends, while enjoying a final Champagne or snifter of fine Cognac at the bar.
- For the VIP patrons of the evening, Chefs, Corporate Sponsors and their guests, a special VIP Hospitality Suite – the Georgian Room - will feature complimentary Champagne, and Cognac, along with a chocolate & dessert buffet.

ROLAND MESNIER served as Executive Pastry Chef for the White House for 25 years and has created unique and beautiful desserts for five Presidents, their families, and countless heads of state, dignitaries, and celebrity guests. His inspired creations dazzled five Presidents and their families—Carter, Reagan, Bush Sr., Clinton, and current President Bush—as well as the heads of state and other foreign dignitaries who were lucky enough to sample his sweets.

Twenty-Five Years in the White House: A Memoir (Flammarion; February 19, 2007; $24.95 ; hardcover), Mesnier tells his extraordinary success story: from his modest childhood as one of nine children raised in rural France, to his apprenticeship in a pastry shop at the age of twelve, and from his rise up the ranks working for such legendary establishments as the Savoy in London and the George V in Paris, to his taking on the job of a lifetime when he was hired as the White House pastry chef by Rosalynn Carter in 1980.

Located on the grand entrance level of the Hotel, the ‘Georgian Room’ plays host location to a private reception dedicated to the enjoyment by the VIP ticket holders, Chefs of the evening, Sponsoring partners and their guests, and Champagne representatives, all enjoying this next course.
A featured Champagne House (tba) will pour a favorite brand, varieties of Cognac 's by the glass are available, and a special chocolate & dessert buffet prepared especially for the occasion, will set the stage for a relaxing finish to a very special evening.
