Executive Chef Robert Gerstenecker, known for his flair in creating contemporary dishes, maintains a precise touch, using the finest seasonal ingredients available from Atlanta and around the globe. The food is exceptional. Chef Linton Hopkins has such talent for putting the right things together: just thinking about his gnocchi with shitake mushrooms and English peas or a heirloom tomato tart with caramelized Vidalia onions makes my mouth water.

ANGEL FLIGHT OF GEORGIA is the beneficiary of the Tour de Champagne - Atlanta's silent auction. Angel Flight of Georgia is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer pilot organization. We provide free air transportation for medical treatments that are not available locally and for other compassionate purposes for the benefit of the community. This service is available for any medically stable and ambulatory patient demonstrating a financial need and/or anyone who cannot utilize or access commercial transportation.

We help families by eliminating the concern of how to get to necessary medical care, so they are able to focus on a resolution for the medical condition. Hopefully, this will help the patient to a more speedy recovery and will enable the family to resume participation in their communities and workplaces.

AIR FRANCE, our feature International air carrier of the Tour de Champagne, graciously sponsors a raffle of two round-trip tickets to the romantic destination of Paris, France.

Tickets will be sold throughout the evening and a winner will be called at 9:30 pm; a guest must be present to win, as an Air France representative will present the prize.

Located on the main level of the Hotel, a private Suite dedicated to the enjoyment by the VIP ticket holders, Chefs of the evening, Sponsoring partners and their guests, and Champagne representatives, will be the next course.

A featured Champagne House will pour their top lines, varieties of Cognac 's by the glass, and a special chocolate & dessert buffet prepared by the Culinary Team of the InterContinental, will set the stage for a follow up on a very special evening.
