The Chicago edition of The " Tour de Champagne " will feature more than 20 prestigious brands of Champagne as well as the cuisine of 10+ talented chefs from the Chicago area. This event hopes to attract as many as 500 local food and wine enthusiasts who will taste the best in Champagne in addition to gourmet food provided by some of Chicago's best restaurants. The night will end with a bubbly "fin de soirée" reception at the Sofitel Chicago Water Tower in thanks to all chefs, Champagne exhibitors, and VIPs.

Start the evening at the Chicago Cultural Center and enjoy Champagnes of over 20 houses ranging from icon brands to a variety of boutique champagnes, while tasting signature dishes of many of Chicago 's top chefs.

Chef demonstrations, lecture on the history of Champagne , silent auction, live music, desserts by the French Pastry School , fabulous raffle of a trip to Paris on Air France ...
